Richard Perry, Esq., Associate Attorney

Richard Perry, Esq. received a Bachelor’s Degree in history in 2005 from Empire State College.  He graduated from the University at Buffalo Law School in 2008.  He is admitted to practice in the 8th Judicial District, the Western District of New York, and the Second Circuit.  Richard most commonly practices employment discrimination law in the New York State Division of Human Rights and the Western District of New York, but he has also argued before the Third and Fourth Departments and the Second Circuit.

Prior to attending law school, Richard worked for the State of New York in juvenile corrections and was also a soldier, both in the Army and National Guard.  Richard has experience as both officer and enlisted soldier and has worked as both labor and management in the civilian sector.  This afforded him a relatively unique perspective when representing clients in employment cases.
