The Law Office of Lindy Korn PLLC came into being after over thirty-five years of legal and life experiences culminating in the birth of a plaintiff-oriented civil rights law practice with an emphasis on preventing and correcting illegal employment discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation.
The mission of the firm is to assist people facing discrimination at work by restoring workplace relationships or assisting clients in moving to a safer work environment. The abuse of power is the root of illegal discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and Lindy Korn works with her clients to prevent, correct, and remedy these issues in an effective manner.
Knowing from the start the history of the issues from the client’s perspective, the emotional toll the discrimination has caused, the unique workplace challenges, the fear of possible retaliation, and what the client wants to get out of the legal initiative are all explored during an initial consultation.
Once retained, the Law Office of Lindy Korn PLLC and the client work as a team. About the Firm Logo
The Law Office of Lindy Korn PLLC’s logo was designed by a graphic designer named Judith Spiegel in collaboration with Lindy Korn. The box, which is opened, has flowing from it different components, open spaces, and black, white, and orange color representing the creative, wide-open interpretations a viewer inputs.
The open spaces make possible open communication between the lawyers and clients, and the opportunity to resolve disputes in anyway the parties see fit.
